Sudhir Menon - Managing Director and CEO
Before setting up BEE Interactive Systems, Sudhir was the Business Head at ICICI Lombard and started their retail operations. He expanded the business sourcing of products across 230 towns in India, and led a team of over 200 people whilst profitably maintaining market share leadership across the products handled. Previously, Sudhir held senior level positions with Rediff.com and Lintas SSC&B and worked in the Special Projects team at L&T. Sudhir brings about 20 years of work experience and is a Mechanical Engineer from M. N. National Institute of Technology and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Chirag Shah - Director & Investor
Prior to founding Bee Interactive Systems, Chirag co-founded a Mobile VAS company – CornerShop Entertainment (short code: 7575) that was successfully spun off to Zee TV and which continues to be their platform for all wireless interactivity. Preceding that, he founded TollfreeIndia Technologies in the telecoms infrastructure space on whose board he still serves. Chirag brings over 14 years of entrepreneurial experience with a strong emphasis on strategy and marketing.

Chirag schooled at Mayo College, Ajmer, HR College of Commerce, Mumbai and the University of Denver, USA.

Amitabha Sinha - Director Special Projects
Amitabha began his career with industry leader Asian Paints where he held multiple positions of leadership over a long stint – including corporate responsibility for HR & Personnel Management. Prior to joining Bee Interactive Systems, he headed the global consulting businesses for HCL Technologies (an over $2 billion company) and Keane Inc.(Boston, USA based IT services company with over $1billion in revenues). An alumnus of IIM (Ahmedabad) & IIT (Kanpur), he brings in about 30 years of experience in a variety of roles – An accredited business coach with the International Coaching Council, he has an active interest in education & has been associated with premier institutes like Kellogg School of Management, JBIMS, IIT – Mumbai for curriculum design & teaching.

Aniljit Singh - Director
Aniljit brings over 25 years of marketing , business operations and strategy experience. Having handled portfolios as diverse as telecom, consumer and healthcare. He launched one of the first telecom prepay brands at Airtel , in the early stages of the industry, including setting up the first consumer type distribution system. He was instrumental in the GSM launch and a turnaround of Millicom (Tigo) telecom business in Srilanka , where the business grew to a $50 million size with over 45% EBITDA. Aniljit built his career in FMCG companies like Ciba Geigy (Cibaca), Cadbury’s and a cosmetic startup called Benckiser Jovan Musk and Coty). He also served as the VP of LifeScan, the diabetes care division of Johnson&Johnson.

Aniljit schooled in Delhi at St Columbus, got his engineering degree at Delhi College of Engineering and is an MBA from IIM Calcutta

Jignesh Vasani - Head Platform Development
Jignesh adds 18 years of technical expertise dealing in various web technologies & cross platform softwaredevelopment. Jignesh has worked with QLC as Technical Lead for around 14 years before joining gototest. He is well versed with cutting edge developments in technology. He’s fluent in developing application that can handle users ranging from just a few hundred to millions. His ability to managing complex workflows and multi tiered logic are uncanny.

Ritesh Rathi - Interaction Design
Ritesh is a product development specialist with an emphasis in technology and design. He has been instrumental in working with the core team in outlining the gototest platform for key institutional requirements. Ritesh works the tech team on design and flow helping systematically deliver / convey content to students. Using HCI to enable the platform to adapt itself to the diverse range of users. After schooling at the United World College in Hong Kong, Ritesh went on to complete his MID from Georgia Tech University, USA.

Darsshak Jhaveri - Head School Support & Interaction (West)
Prior to Joining the gototest team, DJ worked with ICICI Lombard for 6 yrs & was instrumental in setting up the retail business in Mumbai. He also worked with Bharti AXA & started their DSF channel in Mumbai. He is experienced in handling teams of Sales & Relationship Mangers.

Darsshak completed his BA (Econ) from Jai Hind College, Mumbai and went on to get a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).

Jitesh Manwani - Head Sales (West)
Jitesh brings in around 12 years of experience in education sales with strong focus on retail sales . Has worked with education companies like Young Buzz India Ltd & IL&FS Education & Technology Services ltd in Mumbai prior to joining BEE Interactive Systems.

Jitesh graduated from the MMK College of Commerce, Mumbai and completed his Post Graduation in Marketing from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research.
